Company - Community
PTP NEW MEDIA enjoys giving back to the communities we serve. We work closely with local non-profit organizations to provide at or below cost web and multimedia development. This enables organizations with a small or no budget to implement high-end solutions to enhance their image and marketing message.
Below is a list of organizations that have been assisted by PTP NEW MEDIA:
Underground Books
Underground Books is a student-to-student online book swap that allows college students to post their used textbooks for sale while searching other postings for textbooks to buy. The web site was launched to help college students keep the cost of textbooks to a minimum. The service is free and the process is quick and easy.
UHCL Biology Club
PTP NEW MEDIA had the privilege to develop the University of Houston - Clear Lake Biology Club web site. The site was developed using Flash and gives the club a place to easily communicate to all members. Flash was used to breathe life into each section of the site with animated biology theme headers. The web site can be easily updated through dynamic text files.
South Main Baptist Church
South Main Baptist Church needed to redevelop their web site and turned to PTP NEW MEDIA. We developed the new site using HTML, Flash, and ASP. The site has many new features that engages and informs the user including downloadable sermons. SMBC also has the ability to update and maintain the web site using their CMS.
