Process
Define
In the Define phase, our team meets with you to learn about your company, your target market and the goals of the specific project. Research, preparation and strategy are paramount as we gather client and competitive information, analyze and discuss your objectives, while creating a realistic plan by prioritizing achievable goals.
Design
During the Design phase, our team comes together to create and implement concepts that will impact your target market while reinforcing and enhancing your existing brand. Through our partnership with you and your team, we collect and develop content. We also provide prototypes, layouts, and story boards for your review as well as developing system architecture diagrams for navigational purposes.
Develop
Once the Design phase has been completed, we integrate the design that you approved, and use it to build the final product. As with any creative process, we always leave room for further refinement and enhancements.
Test
As we near the end of the project, time becomes a precious commodity. By establishing that the project is on target in the previous steps, we ensure that our timing goals will be met, and that there will be no surprises with regard to how the final product will function. To ensure your project works in different environments we test for compatibility and functionality using personnel from both our clients and PTP NEW MEDIA.
Launch
This is when it all happens as the weeks and sometimes months of work come down to the release. We make sure your project is deployed quickly and smoothly. We can even help you announce your project to employees and customers through a “project launch party” or press release.
Maintain
At the point where other firms might disappear, we continue to make sure that your project is working for you. When everything has gone live for the public to view, the work is not done. We stay on top of the projects we complete. We analyze, provide feedback and refine the project as our client's situation changes. Our goal is total satisfaction for our clients.
